Returns & Exchanges
Randam Art will accept returns and exchanges within the following parameters:
Our refund and returns policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging if applicable.
Items purchased in person: All in person sales are final unless there is a fault in the product, not including damage caused to the item after purchase.
Items shipped: Contact me within: 3 days of delivery. Return items back within: 15 days of delivery.
Items not yet shipped/(or local delivery): If you wish to cancel or change an order that has not yet shipped or been delivered, you may receive a refund minus any credit card processing fees and any other expenses already inured from the sale.
The following items can’t be returned or exchanged:
I do not accept returns/exchanges for:
- Custom or personalised orders.
- Items on sale.
- Gift cards.
Conditions of return:
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs or delivery at a pre-arranged convenient time. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Please note that there will be a 25% restocking fee on all returns. This fee helps cover the cost of processing returns and restocking items as well as covering bank payment and credit card processing fees.
Shipping returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to the address we will provide to you when you contact us to arrange a return.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, all payment processing fees will be deducted from your refund.
You may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
